Canonical public payment rail: x402 v2 exact USDC on Base (eip155:8453).
No Conway account, API key, prepaid balance, quote, claim or bearer machine-credit token is required.
Send the JSON input documented by OpenAPI; an unpaid request returns PAYMENT-REQUIRED and a paid request returns PAYMENT-RESPONSE after settlement and fulfillment.
